Is pricing per person or per workspace?
Plans are billed per workspace. Your app allowance and credit balance are shared across its members.
How do credits work?
AI chat responses, agent model steps, configuration suggestions, and content generation use credits. A multi-step agent can use several credits. Ordinary app use and external integration requests do not consume credits.
Do unused credits expire?
Credits roll over and do not expire. Free includes a one-time starter allowance. Paid plans add credits after each successful subscription payment.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Workspace owners and admins can cancel in Workspace billing. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period, then the workspace returns to Free.
How do I choose a plan?
Sign in, open or create a workspace, and go to Account menu → Workspace billing. Owners and admins can choose a paid plan or buy additional credits there.
